fix: tsconfig 排除 scripts 目录，修复 Docker 构建失败

scripts/test-remove-days.ts 使用 .ts 扩展名导入（Node 直跑），被 tsc 全量检查时报 TS5097 导致 pnpm build 失败。将 scripts 加入 tsconfig exclude。
